Shipping Policy

All Angel Lane Manor inventory is held at our facility in the Tampa / Clearwater, Florida area. Orders are packed carefully by hand and dispatched from the United States.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited shipping: 2–4 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and fragility of the piece. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging of Antiques

Every item is packed with the care its age deserves. Fragile pieces — including glass, ceramics, and silverware — are individually wrapped and cushioned to minimize movement in transit. For high-value items, we use double-boxing and additional void fill.

If you receive a parcel that shows external damage, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. For larger or particularly fragile items, we may take additional time to ensure safe packing. We will notify you if there is any delay.

Insurance

All shipments include basic carrier insurance. For items with a declared value above $200, we recommend selecting our enhanced insurance option at checkout. Please contact us before purchase if you have questions about cover for a specific item.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate the parcel or process a claim. Please retain all packaging materials until the matter is resolved.

Local Pickup

Local pickup from our Tampa / Clearwater facility is available by appointment for qualifying orders. Please contact us at hello@angellanemanor.com to arrange.

We do not currently ship internationally. All orders ship from and to addresses within the United States.
