At Angel Lane Manor, we sell genuine antiques — objects with age, character, and history. Because each piece is unique and one of a kind, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis rather than applying a blanket policy. We believe this is the fairest approach for both buyer and seller.
Our Approach to Returns
If you receive an item and are not satisfied — whether due to a concern about condition, an error in our description, or damage in transit — please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you promptly and fairly to find a resolution.

Refunds
Where a return is agreed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the returned item in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return arises from our error or a transit damage claim.
Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging before opening it. This evidence is essential for any carrier insurance claim. Contact us immediately and we will manage the claim on your behalf.
All sales are of antique items. Minor wear, patina, and age-related characteristics described in listings are not grounds for return.
